Crewing

Our crew database consists of approximately 8500 certified, highly-qualified Romanian seafarers of all ranks who have worked with multilingual crews on board all major types of vessels, including passenger vessels, dry cargos, bulk carriers, containers, oil-chemical tankers, gas carriers, ro-ro and passenger vessels.
Our seagoing personnel includes Masters, Chief Officers / Second / Third officers, Chief Engineers / Second / Third engineers, Assistant Engineers, Reefer Engineers and Technicians, Electricians, ratings and catering staff who are trained, licensed and certified. Also, our data base includes personnel for luxury yachts (waitresses, cabin stewardess, hair dresser, message therapist, etc) good looking and with large experience on this types of vessels.
We update our files continuously with medical, certification and other information such as training and crew appraisal records.

Before any seafarer joins a vessel, it is ensured that he has all the necessary documents, such as visas, certificates and licenses. All crew members are briefed properly regarding travel arrangements, the port agent's and the ship's details, drug/alcohol policy of the company and emergency procedures. They are also provided with all other essential information concerning their future employment such as salary, benefits in case of accident or death on board in accordance with P+I insurance.

Repairs teams
Our company is supplying skilled workers on request for repairs on vessels and in shipyards worldwide. Our laborers are available to overhaul all types of naval engines, diesel generators, hydraulic systems, boilers, condensers, cargo and ballast pumps; to replace a large variety of pipes on Deck and in the Engine Room. We provide teams for cleaning and coatings ballast / cargo tanks, maintenance of ships’ systems.
